I knew those surroundings looked familiar, that's over there in Little Havana close to the Marlins stadium. There's a police station a couple of blocks in the direction they were driving too.

Yep. If he had simply complied, this whole situation would have never happened.
How is the officer supposed to know he's IAB without any proper identification? Then on top of that, the suspect took aggressive action against the law enforcement officer sworn to protect us by violently ramming the officers right knee with the heavy steel car door multiple times before reaching back into his vehicle (possibly for a weapon). Why was he breaking traffic laws in the first place?
