i do it in photoshop.
it's a frame by frame process and can take quite a bit of time depending on how complicated it is.

i'll post some examples of ones i've done.

Ahhh so you guys use photoshop I thought you were using a video editing program, I can kind of imagine how the process goes but goodness photoshop is such a bog on my memory.
