So I feel I'm at a crossroads with how I look and how I want my career to progress.

I have a hairstyle similar to this

And I'm wondering how it will affect my career growth. I'm in my early/mid twenties and I'm very conflicted on how I should wear my hair. What do y'all think?

A private corporation may or may not tolerate it. But if you work for the government, do like O.T Genasis and cut it. Government jobs are allergic to swag or some shyt i swear
