This shyt is no place for a black man either

All the fake ass conversations, fake looks down the hallways, folks tryna be all up in your business, coworkers kissing the bosses ass hoping for a 2% promotion, the same bullshyt day in/out every week, looking at a computer screen for 40-50 hours a week

Coworkers are depressed, walking around soulless with no life in their eyes, no creativity or ambition, debt up to their eyeballs knowing the only way they can pay their mortgage is to work these fake ass jobs

How are we going to escape this?

Definitely start your own business and make yourself indispensable in the industry.

Because to most people at corporate jobs, you are like the only AA they've ever met cause most of the people came from all white colleges or neighborhoods.

Take it for what it is. Cacs are easy to read. Some are genuinely nice, but they typically aren't interested in corporate games.

If you want to do something else and get out you should spend your team outside of your corporate job doing something else...and getting out

If that is what you are comfortable and if you have the aptitude for it.
I hate when people just say, make your own business, everyone doesn't have the aptitude to run their own business, that is a innate skill and personality you are born with. Some peole are just excellent workers or SME, they aren't people persons, natural salesmen, they don't have the large overview of things like that. If you start your own thing I would suggest before doing so doing some honest personal evaluation about yourself, be brutally honest with yourself and move from there

I make a six figure salary and it's hard to walk away from and drop into the unknown that's entrepreneurship.

Passive income is a great idea for me right now or side consulting.
