What state is she in? Sneakers are the norm for business casual in San Diego.
IT they dont give a fukk because we aren't customer/client facing. If she was client/customer facing roles then yes her shoes are inappropriate. Even if the business was black owned they'd tell her the same thing. Idk wtf this chick on she weird and thinks she an exception to the standards in business...When I was in other spots that's strictly Friday attire so... I dunno mama lol
Now that I'm in a more IT based environment, things are a bit more relaxed but I still wear a Polo most days in the Summer and Spring
I dunno that feels like Friday attire still to me but who knows
this is not a gen z thing at all"I've been in corporate America all my life" - A 26 year old
When I was in the office those shoes would be part of a casual Friday outfit. I don't think it was worth her having to leave mid-day to get more appropriate shoes, but alot of Gen-Z is going to complain either way. If shes smart she won't put in any notice before she has something else lined up.

lol she don't work in corporate America. The braces, the lack of corporate speak and the tik tok tell she ain't in corporate America. The lack of a collar on her shirt tells me she's dressing to causally.
if this is too much, then any real office politics or bs is just way outside her ability to deal with tbhdidnt even click
play office politics or quit man
My issue is that they flex about degrees that don't matter. Also lol @ her flexing with 2 degrees, bytch we don't care
