Before Covid my Company had a pretty strict dress code. Women would get sent home for skirts being too short or having excessive cleavage showing.

I dont see an issue with what shes wearing. I see an issue with her having to work in white supremacy. This is the fathers or husbands job. But glad shes doing what she has to do for now. Some people would crash out over something like this. Remember,pick your battles and keep your eye on the prize. The goal is making enough money to leave that company if its a problem. The goal is to retire. The goal is to save enough money to leave white supremacy.

Maybe shes on the defensive. We are in a climate where any black person with a good job is called "DEI". Even here she was judged for not belonging there due to her youthful look and the way she speaks. If this is what black men do,imagine the European.


Yall asking the wrong questions. Why dont we have more businesses for our women to work at as black men. Businesses where they can talk how they want and wear what they choose. Even where their natural hair since yall hate weave so much

For women If you have a crazy body or you have a bad body you're more likely to get policed dress code wise. If you're mid/normal you're probably straight.

That was the thing we had some ladies we dubbed "terrorist" because it didn't matter what they wore they looked good and no one said shyt. Then you'd have some mid chick or a fat lady wear something and they would get the dress code penalties. Very rare did a bad chick get the hammer. Usually the other women had to really be causing a stink for it to happen. And that is when we had all Female HR chicks at that.
