Corrupted data error msg on PS4

Just copped battlefield 1 today for PS4. Put the game in and everytime a multiplayer game about to start, a blue screen comes up saying the application is corrupted. I've looked it up online and I've tried a couple ideas people have suggested but it keeps happening. I've deleted the app and installed it four times but keeps crashing. Anyone have a fix?

rebuild database


delete the game and update.... rebuild.... reinstall

ive tried everything. rebuild and reformatted, number of times. Still not able to play online. pretty pissed off, bestbuy better let me return the game. might have to just get a PS4 Pro now.
