could you make a raft and float between these two islands

im a decent swimmer with good hand skills who lives by the ocean and know for a fact trying to get from one island to the next in this pic with those white cap currents and limited resources it would almost be outta the question IMO

it does look pretty far. depends on how good of a raft I build. I might need to get a fellow Cuban from the island or a Haitian to help build it. they'll make sure we make it across.
