In that murder rap documentary towards the end, they interviewed an off duty cop working security, and he said it was man in a blue jacket that shot Jake. The cop pointed out Orlando Anderson. Also, in the documentary they was saying that Suge was going to handle it when they get home to L.A. Wolfe is from and stays in NYC meaning the shooter had to be from L.A. or frequents L.A.
