Just over half a year ago, a judge told the young rapper, Tyga, that he was being given a sweet deal: pay the $80,000 owned on his back rent and be done with it, or face the full $124,000 it will amount to with interest and penalties. Tyga didn’t pay, so the judge gave him a deadline and told him that if he missed it the $124,000 was going to go to the landlord. Tyga finally paid up.

Two months later, another landlord was in court asking for $70,000 that Tyga refused to pay for a house in Calabasas. The judge ruled for the landlord.

Now, Tyga is at it again. The landlord overseeing a property Tyga was leasing for his Egypt Last Kings Clothing line is suing him for more than $75,000 in damages. According to TMZ, “The 26-year-old rapper’s landlord is said to be furious after discovering the place abandoned and in a state of disrepair.”

It seems that prior to bailing on the building, Tyga, who is a fan of ancient Egypt, painted the doors and ceilings black and covered them with Egyptian symbols. He left the floor covered in ink stains, and the drains were coated with the excess ink he poured down them into the public sewers. But at least he paid his rent, right? The landlord is also seeking to collect at least five months of rent that Tyga has not paid.

Perhaps he was saving his money to pay the landlord of his current posh Hollywood Hills estate? Wrong, again. This time, the owner of the $4.8 million home is trying to have Tyga evicted for…wait for it…not paying his rent. Tyga is reported to be on the hook for a $40,000 a month payment. The Daily Mail reports that the home features “six bedrooms, a rooftop jacuzzi, swimming pool with waterfall, cinema and wine cellar” in addition to a view overlooking the famed Sunset Strip. Apparently, you can stay at the house for $2495 a night through Airbnb. Seems like the landlord is really trying to give Tyga a hint. Source
