This may come off as pure hating but part of my problem with this show is it comes off less like let's archive the finals for history (which Simmons said was the thought behind it) and more like let's archive Bill Simmons thoughts on the finals for history. There was no reason to include his podcast guests or chats with random celebrities on the show. That should've been taken up by more footage from coaches and players or even more former players discussing what happened in each game.
Plus I hated some of the angles they used on some of the big shots and plays and if you didn't really watch the games it's hard to properly understand the importance of some of the plays. And the music during highlights was a little too much.

That’s actually my only beef with the show.
I dug the courtside convos with the analysts, players, and journalists but the podcast stuff was lame.
