Here's the beginning of it all. This is why we need a way to better treat those dealing with mental health episodes

He wasnt swinging, spitting, kicking, or fighting the officer. He was moving around on the ground and talking loud. The officers literally had the superior upper hand in that situation. Matter of fact a 3rd officer is seen arriving to assist. There was no reason to use that taser. That was excessive use of force by the officer with the taser.

If you tell somebody to sit down and they don't, what do you do?

They wouldn't have had to use a taser if he complied. And they don't know if he had a weapon.

People that run automatically put officers on high alert. Play it cool and none of that shyt would have happened.

First off, he wasnt running. Secondly, officers have to deal with suspects movong around all the damn time. The use of the taser was not necessary. There was a 3rd officer that showed up. You mean to tell me three officers couldnt subdue a person thats on the ground??

I watched the video. Once the guy has been subdued The use of the taser was not needed. Again there was 3 officers on scene. Subdue the person and take him to jail.
