COVID gave me type 2 diabetes

This is thing strange AF, even though I believe I have recovered fully, this illness activates stuff hiding deep inside of you.

doctor told me my blood sugar was over 401. That is in the danger zone and I’m glad I caught it early because I can reverse it with diet, exercise and fasting.

Other than that I feel slow as hell, it takes me longer to remember my passwords. when I’m driving I miss turns I been making almost decade. I got back and chest acne I never had before (feels like chickenpox) and my nails were red for like a week.

Guys please wear masks and don't let ur guard down even around family. Covid affects everyone differently.

After I recovered i noticed that I feel pressure on my heart when i lay on my left side in the bed. Not sure if its Covid related but it happened immediately during and after and i never experienced it before.

This is why it's so insane that the president and even folks on this board are STILL trying to downplay this virus. We got family that have died and okay, sure not everyone is going to die.

But if you get it, you may NEVER fully recover! You don't know HOW it will affect you!

Damn i know a dude who went through something recently, had a full on stroke under 30 with the same kinda blood sugar levels as you. Guy survived but has diabetes now
