Covid pretty much cemented my homebody status.

Someone should make a dating site/app aimed at people who just like staying inside for the most part.

I lift weights inside, I shop online unless I'm getting groceries, I'm learning how to be a better cook and I'm making shyt that is almost restaurant quality. I'm gaming and listening to podcasts and learning about the world.

Overall I'm more relaxed living alone and only going out if I have to go to work or get supplies. Feels like most women I've been talking to all are depressed about not being able to go to clubs as much or see as many live events or travel as much and I couldn't care less.

Don't get me wrong, I love watching live stuff(The last time I saw Kendrick Lamar live was ) and I like going to other countries, but I won't feel like I'm missing out if I spend 2-3 years not doing that.

I agree some one should make a dating app for home bodies.

But I will say, as a homebody myself, it’s not wise or healthy to get with some one who is also a homebody. It’s interesting how things work. Most of the girls I’ve dated were the outgoing types. And I must admit it’s through them I got to experience a lot of fun activities which I ordinarily would never think of on my own.

But at the same time if u get with ur opposite, and make a serious commitment out of it, the experience will make u detest relationships in general because ur gonna end up attributing an extreme degree of discomfort to them.

One thing I will say to everyone out there like us is this: if you’re a true homebody, u have a certain strength in u that is almost supernatural. Don’t be ashamed of it. And don’t apologize for it. Live your life the way you feel comfortable living it but do be open to giving in from time to time to your significant other’s need to explore the world with u.

I went to see a movie in February 2020, then the pandemic hit. The next time I stepped into a theater was in August of 2021. I don't go anywhere anymore outside of work, the gas station, or the grocery store. I used to like going to the mall and restaurants to eat - not so much anymore. I haven't been to the club since 2011. My social life is completely dead.

I get what you're saying. I have a love/hate relationship with being in the house.

On the one hand, I'm getting a lot of time to myself to focus on my second career that I'm trying to get off the ground.

And then on the other hand, I miss traveling and going places.

I don't mind being in the hyberbolic time chamber as long as I get to come out after training is over. I wouldn't want this to be the rest of my life tho.

cats acting horny as fukk to spend money and take pointless ass pictures in another country for likes. My main question to them is, what’s the point of traveling across the world when shyt is shut down over there? And there could be a strong possibility that there is a lockdown while you are on vacation.

Let me ask how often did you communicate with people before Covid . By communicate I mean outside of work. Seems like you were already a homebody which is cool

Hell I prefer to be in the crib but I always made time to kick it with people. Even now I just take proper precautions to remain safe . I noticed during the pandemic a lot of people took it as an opportunity to shut down & not for safety reasons

People doing what they enjoy are living it up. If you were a homebody before you adapted. If you weren’t you more than likely didn’t & either are irritated with the situation or you been going about your business as normal( with or without proper safety)
