That was an old bird seeking an honorable death, rather than keel over and be eaten by scavengers, bugs and worms -It chose to go toe to toe with 7 of the world's most fearsome hunters. Clearly at a disadvantage he show great courage before laying idown its figurative sword to become the culinary delight of another predator -as were the fate for some many fish and small animal in its life.

This bird should be appreciated and revered for such a display of being conscious of it's mortality.
