A loved one borrowed money from me and promised to give it back on Tuesday. Knowing them, I took it as a lost and of course didn't get it.
But what's crazy to me is she took a day trip to Chicago for her birthday. But I get a text today that they're about to repossess her truck because she's behind on payments.
Now if I'm in that situation, I would have used that money to pay on the debt. Birthdays are important to some. I get it. But to me, having a vehicle is more important.
