I remember when he got drafted that high, I was like :what:

Listed at 6'3 and 170 pounds is crazy work. Not even sure those metrics are correct, dude looks like a middle schooler when he takes the court

he's 6'1'' if that.

That's the #1 reason why Finch hates using him even though his defense is ahead of his offense at this stage. He'd rather teach Jaylen Clark offense than teach Rob defense only Rob's problem is that he plays scared like Finch is gonna yank him every time he touches the rock.

Them thinking Ant is Zone 4 Luka is so fukking lazy that it's more detrimental long term than anything

Culver 2.0
not really the same thing.

1. as bad as he was, somehow that was salvaged by trading him straight up for Pat Bev.

2. Culver wasn't really good at anything. The things Rob can be good at requires the rope necessary to allow him to make mistakes and the coach just doesn't have time for it cuz he's tryna win now, which then goes back to the #1 question out of all this: what was Tim Connelly thinking when he traded up to draft a guy in the top 10 on a team fresh off the WCF that the coach wasn't gonna wanna play because he's small? Fact is, wherever he goes, he needs to actually play, whether it's with the big club or G-League. 6 minutes here, 8 minutes there isn't gonna do anything for a guard like him. That's on the coach. There's talent. Them Calipari /Kentucky guards have a high hit rate. They just have to play.

3. The bigger disappointment is that TJ Shannon has been trash and they put a lot on his plate to make up for NAW leaving and he's been awful (and the coach would love it if it was good).

Crazy but true: Bones is actually younger than Shannon.

Letting Naw go for nothing was also a major blunder

He was suppose to be a top notch defender next to Ant

Still pretty early T Wolves are just weirdly constructed I don’t understand there rotations at times

A 6'1", 165lb guard with a 6'3" wingspan was supposed to be a top notch defender? he was a poor defender at UK, literally nobody was talking up his defensive capabilities.
