Eh it depends. I know a woman that is making good money in finance and she just started a business recently… most people want to do something they have a passion for as a side hustle that they own/control. but she also doesnt make posts like that… but I’m positive that post is speaking to new business owners.people who think like this, probably only think that way because the only types of 9-5's available to them of low paying ones.
Having a business doesn't mean anything by itself, businesses run the gambit from large to small. A hotdog cart is a business. People need to stop throwing that word around like it means anything.
If you a CEO of a large corporation, working 9-5 you probably doing better than 99% of business owners.
