I feel like the comic book/manga and book threads always get lost in the Film room. I think we have enough people who read a lot to create a sub-forum inside the Film room. How can I get this done?

Would have to go through Brooklynzson and last I heard he didn't want any more sub-forums. But you can ask him, he said that a long time ago so he might've changed his mind.
