Credit Score just took a major hit. Advice?

So I just discovered that I was delinquent on my student loans. I thought everything was cool since I had been paying them every month and I read on the loan site that if I don't pay the full amount owed I have to pay at least $50 minimum, which is what I had been doing. Welp, turns out that was bogus info and now I've just been hit with 10 negatives on my credit.

My FICO score just took a massive dip. I'm really fukking depressed right now brehs...anyone got advice for me? How long will it take for me to come back from this?

My credit score dropped by like, 140 points over some bullshyt hard credit checks (I was trying to buy a car, had good enough credit for a good interest rate, but the process fukked me) a couple years back. The best I can tell you is just pay your shyt on time, for a long time.
