Wonder which track samples dres the watcher.

They played it in the film
Track 4. Dre produced it, apparently. Unfortunately it's only a little over a minute long.

They used an instrumental version of The Watcher to open Creed III that then shifted into Dre's first verse, then later on had the Cole song. Worked really well in the movie.

Damn it's only as long as it was in that scene? Wack

Thought that was a snippet of a longer song

Cole's only song being only 1 minute doesn't make sense when he has a whole label to put on. Why didn't he throw somebody else on the track with him? a 1 minute track seems like a intentional throwaway. TDE showed out wayyyyyy the fukk harder for the Black Panther soundtrack, - Dreamville wasted an opportunity

No way was that the album of the year lmao. Good album but KD3, I NEVER LIKED YOU, SSS, Drillmatic, HER LOSS, etc were all better.
those albums were all cool too, and I'd throw Its Almost Dry, Conway God Dont Make Mistakes, Gunna album (shyt was banging before he snitched), Vince Staples, MetroBoomin, Cole, Lupe, Smino, and Saba's albums in that list too. it was a good rap year. But I'd agree that J.I.D's was probably the best of alllllllll of them, that was legitly the album of the year for me too
