The fact of the matter is, as long as the illegal person is paying NY taxes and or has proof of residency, he should have the right to free tuition if he qualifies.

Because people with sense have decided that children that were brought over here as CHILDREN really didn’t commit any crimes and aren’t criminals in the same sense that their parents might be. Undocumented, yes, but criminals, no.

These people were brought over by no intent of their own, and some people with since think it will actually BENEFIT Soviet to educate these people since we DO NOT have the resources to find and throw out 800,000 people who are contributing to the economy who haven’t don’t anything wrong besides get smuggled here by their parents as children.
