They don't add mushc IMO. The original project was just 10 tracks, starting with Cartridge and ending wit Smoking in the Rain. If you listen, actually the main part of the "intro" vocals are actually on the project at the end of Vibrations. The outro vocals are at the end of 93 AMG too. So I think Datpiff just took them to pad things out a little and give a little "theme" to it that's already there. I don't think there's any need for the intro and outro at all.

I still promise I'll get a full 320kbps rip sometime before the end of the day.

I think it is. It's the OG Tracklist that Spitta posted too. I promise I'll get it up today.

For you and @JetLifer16 the version on Al's sound loud is better than the datpiff rip, and in the right order. No drops or tags either. That's the one I'm posting for talk to download later today.

Also at least for me a big thing that was so dope about covert coup was it was the first time alc really did the audio collage style beat making that he's been on the past 5 years. Before that it was the Chemical Warfare/1st Infantry style.

It was so fresh at the time and there's just no way that this could've reproduced that feeling.

Very true... and to be honest - at first I ignored Covert Coup cause I really didn't like Chemical Warfare. I thought at the time Alchemist had peaked... I mean he gave us 10-12 strong years of service by that time. When Sawblade EP and Gutter Water dropped I was happy Oh No seemed to give this nikka a second lease on life, but wasn't sold on Alc by himself again. I was skeptical about Covert Coup but shyt is an undeniable banger.
