In WWE:
Nia Jax's real personality is clearly a happy, sweet face who should be a body positive face. She's only a heel because she's bigger than everyone else, but if you've ever seen her outside of mainline TV, she's a super likable, sweet, friendly face.
Austin Aries: Super unlikable prick in every promotion he's ever been even as a face. He's a career heel and should never, ever be a face.
Bray Wyatt: Fans have wanted to cheer him for years, and when they teased his actual face turn sometime last year, it went over great for the 2-3 weeks until he got hurt and they dropped it. His character as a heel has been completely killed as any kind of serious threat years ago, and fans WANT to cheer him.
Finn Balor: Face Finn Balor sucks. Face Fergal Devitt sucked. The only time this dude was worth a shyt and felt like a big deal when was he was ultra c*nty junior Devitt who thought he was a heavyweight.
Seth Rollins: He sucks as both a face and a heel, but he sucks a lot more as a face.
Jinder Mahal: Turn this dude face. How do you root against a comedy jobber who got his shyt together and gets in great shape and becomes the first champion from his people? If you've ever heard an interview with him off TV, he's super likable.
Randy Orton: He's such an unlikable sack of shyt, he should NEVER be a face. He's always at his best as a heel who enjoys being a dikk head.
NJPW
Kazuchika Okada: He LONG ago passed the point of being the likable ace, and has been pretty c*nty his entire run as top dude in NJPW. He's always better when being a dikk as opposed to weirdly underdog face despite being the ace that always wins.
Hirooki Goto: Dude has no chance of being taken seriously ever again (if he ever was) unless he goes ultra ultra brutal heel. Him becoming a subordinate in Okada's stable after going full Hakushi and still losing to him probably killed him forever as a top talent, tbh.
There are so many talents that are working as the wrong alignment right now. All over the world. What you got?
