In WWE:

Nia Jax's real personality is clearly a happy, sweet face who should be a body positive face. She's only a heel because she's bigger than everyone else, but if you've ever seen her outside of mainline TV, she's a super likable, sweet, friendly face.

Austin Aries: Super unlikable prick in every promotion he's ever been even as a face. He's a career heel and should never, ever be a face.

Bray Wyatt: Fans have wanted to cheer him for years, and when they teased his actual face turn sometime last year, it went over great for the 2-3 weeks until he got hurt and they dropped it. His character as a heel has been completely killed as any kind of serious threat years ago, and fans WANT to cheer him.

Finn Balor: Face Finn Balor sucks. Face Fergal Devitt sucked. The only time this dude was worth a shyt and felt like a big deal when was he was ultra c*nty junior Devitt who thought he was a heavyweight.

Seth Rollins: He sucks as both a face and a heel, but he sucks a lot more as a face.

Jinder Mahal: Turn this dude face. How do you root against a comedy jobber who got his shyt together and gets in great shape and becomes the first champion from his people? If you've ever heard an interview with him off TV, he's super likable.

Randy Orton: He's such an unlikable sack of shyt, he should NEVER be a face. He's always at his best as a heel who enjoys being a dikk head.

NJPW

Kazuchika Okada:
He LONG ago passed the point of being the likable ace, and has been pretty c*nty his entire run as top dude in NJPW. He's always better when being a dikk as opposed to weirdly underdog face despite being the ace that always wins.

Hirooki Goto: Dude has no chance of being taken seriously ever again (if he ever was) unless he goes ultra ultra brutal heel. Him becoming a subordinate in Okada's stable after going full Hakushi and still losing to him probably killed him forever as a top talent, tbh.

There are so many talents that are working as the wrong alignment right now. All over the world. What you got?

:ehh: I agree on Aries, Orton, & Okada

Disagree on Finn. Dude is crazy over. Just needs something to do.

Off the top of my head:

Braun Strowman needs to be a beastly monster face that just kills EVERYBODY.

Some people consider the Young Bucks as heels, dudes are the biggest babyfaces outside of WWE.

:patrice: Braun Strowman keeps doing all these bad ass cool things (tipping over ambulances, throwing people all over the place with force and distance). Why would you not want to cheer him if he's doing all these things that make you go :whoo: He's like Superman who gave up the goody two shoes act.

Completely agree about Nia Jax, and I've been saying that shyt for months now. Being big does not automatically equate to being heel. She's a sweet, lovable valley girl.

I liked where they were going with him when he was attacking Okada in press conferences and the big fight face paint for their match. Then of course he lost. They even have him getting his ass whooped by Okada and Naito in his entrance video:francis:

Roman Reigns: This isn't a situation like Cena where he acknowledges the boos and then praises the crowd for their energy. Roman's character right now is a egotistical a$$hole, if they would just turn him, it could open the door for Roman to do some real evil shyt.

Roman is best as a cocky face, essentially a tweener depending on opponent. Look at what he did right after WM 32. Those 2-3 months were great, and he was an a$$hole face, but not a full heel. In general audiences always react more the more bad ass he is, regardless of who he is attacking. I really think his best role is as the top face who is actually a tweener and people react to as a heel as opposed to a full on heel.

Gedo hates him. I dont know why or where it started but he has been in a jobber to the stars role for years. The last time he felt truly important was his G1 win which now feels like AGES ago.

Anyway, i want to add a couple to the list.

Luke Harper: Dude has been lost ever since splitting from Bray amd that momentum is gone. His character works better as a heel anyway. He should be the PG version of Brusier Brody.

Charlotte: Dont care how many people prop her up, she is only a fraction as charismatic as her father which means a face transition wont work.

Samoa Joe: As Roman should just be a smug heel coasting on his family name (he essentially is), Joe should be the hard working Samoan building his own name. As the outsider looking in, Joe wanting to beat Roman to prove himself is a story that needs to be written and is well within the limitations of the writing team to pull off

Definitely agree on Jinder. The foreign heel shyt just doesn't fly in 2017. I'm supposed to be mad at dude for coming up through hard work and going off on the crowd for being racist and intolerant? Nah. You see him on Talking Smack and how humble and grateful he is and you want to root for him.

Sheamus and Cesaro as a team will always be the wrong alignment because it's a team made of a natural face (Cesaro) and a natural heel (Sheamus). The team was at its best when they acknowledged this and had Sheamus still acting like an a$$hole while Cesaro was the voice of reason.

They need to turn American Alpha. Not because they're ineffective as faces, but because there's no room for them as a face team on Smackdown. They've been passed up by both Breezango and the Hype Bros, and even if that weren't the case, there's no way they're getting any shine over The New Day. As heels, they'd instantly become more relevant since the other heel teams on SD besides the Usos are jobbers.
