Reppin
AA GANG
*Never faced a starting PG

*Dellavedova shut him down the first two and a half games

*Iggy won MVP**

**Lebron averaged 30 and a triple double

Most asterisk team ever
89 Pistons got their first chip against a Lakers squad that didn't have Byron Scott and lost Magic to a hammy(or achilles?) injury after game 1.

they also got some injury help in the eastern conference finals if i recall correctly.

nobody threw shade at them

either way, you can claim *asterisk until you're blue in the face, that's not what the record books say in regards to this historically good Warriors squad. At the end of the day they did what was expected of them, they won.

Yes I realize this. Do you realize what impact this had on the game - passing it to the open man while he was swarmed as soon he brought the ball into the halfcourt?

So we giving extra points to players just because the make shots they generally miss? :dead:

Please tell me what shots were the role players hitting consistently during the first few games? Nobody is saying that Curry didn't shoot poorly in a few games, yet you seem to have this false sense of others actually shooting well (over the first few games) to carry him - when they shot badly too.
That is by far the dumbest statement I've ever read on here. Of course you get extra points for playing above your ability:mjlol:. If you generally don't make those kind of shots, but in the finals and in key moments you do, then that is being clutch.
And I said they backed off of Iggy because he isnt a shooter NOT because they wanted to double Curry or anything. When you have a player who can't shoot from the perimeter then the ideal strategy to use is to use that player that is guarding him as a help defender. It had nothing to do with Curry.
And the whole team was scoring points especially the bench when Curry couldn't get it going. And they bailed him out defensively too

No, what's dumb is you giving Iggy extra points for HITTING OPEN SHOTS, like somehow that's more beneficial or has more impact than Curry hitting shots or anybody else for that matter. They have the same value. Just because he performed better than he usually does, doesn't mean it's automatically better than what Curry does on an average night. That is patently stupid reasoning.

:dahell:

It had EVERYTHING to do with Curry. I suggest you go back and watch the Finals again. Who the fukk do you think those players were helpin on when they left Iggy and Draymond wide open to shoot?

This is utter nonsense.
