Yes and no. It's great to have someone whose down but if the mofo ain't forwarding your agenda what's the point of having him as a loyal friend? I got friends right now I can call that will ride with me on dumb shyt. If I need someone to beat a person's ass, rob a store etc I can call them right now and they down. Ain't seen these people in 2015 and they know one call and they ready to ride.

But bruh I'm a college graduate with 3 IT certifications. Why would I need to rob a store? Why would I need to beat someone's ass now? These people smoke and drink all day, they slum around mooching off whichever bytch/dude helps them out.

Now if I'm really in a bind and need a loyal friend they can't do shyt for me. If I need help with my rent, I need a ride etc

At least that's what I tell myself. You grow so much faster when your immersed in your own craft.

The amount of personal progress I've made over the winter has put me miles ahead of my usual circle of friend mentally, game-wise.

I'm still being on material gains and I'm now shifting my focus to that. It's funny how people "change", its all a matter of perception.
