Cutting out Bread, Red meat and Sugar 6 days a week got me feeling excellent

Red meat easy to drop...

Bread is sugar.....i can drop other sugars...but no bread? Aint pasta the same?

Mmmm...i been meaning to fast off certain ish...may have to try this... I can do this I just need to keep it on my mind because I will slip up due to forgetting

I don’t eat a lot of red meat but I’ll still eat it. Usually steak. I eat meat, eggs and veg more than anything though. It’s the sugar/carbs that makes people fat and shyt these days.

I dont really eat bread, stopped taking sugar about 10 years ago , I would cut out red meat but the only thing is I dont eat seafood , it would be a too boring just eating chicken or turkey

Took all things gluten out of my diet 3 days ago and my gutz feel much better. :blessed:

I honestly eat all three with no issues. Reducing portions across the board for everything, (except water) is what made me feel better in the long run.

I never really was heavy on red meat anyway but I do enjoy short ribs and a steak now and then.

I'll eat meat if I have absolutely no other options but I try to stick to seafood and veggies. I cut that red meat out a few months ago and I don't miss it at all :hhh: My energy has been a lot better and I'm less sluggish. Deuces don't be smelling like atomic bombs as much :ld: Ultimately, the link between red meat and colon cancer :huhldup:

If only I could get on the #NoFap wave my energy would be at peak levels :blessed: A slow Saturday and some smut be having me nodding out like a dopehead sometimes:sadcam:

GTFO milk, sugar, bread, pasta, red meat, poultry rice, canola oil, fast food in general, beer, shytty food out out out

only fish, water, green tea, fruits/veggies, eggs and coconut oil and im good. I lost weight and get drunk faster and easier with vodka and soda, no calories!
