Crip rapper and Killer Mike protégé, SL Jones has changed his name into the perhaps the goat rap name "Cuz Lightyear " and dropped a new DJ Burn One produced titled "Cuz".


if your not familiar with him, he was part of Killer Mike's grind time rap gang and although there were others, he and Pill were the standouts. he's got a pretty dope discography already with projects produced entirely by metro boomin, m16, and burn one, this just adds to it.

I Still play "Paraphernalia" all the time, actually just put a few nikkas at work up on Jonsey due to me playing his videos alot in my car. Ain't fukking with that name change at all tho, hopefully he still screaming "JONSEY!" on the tracks.

Yeah Colors was dope too. Reminds me of winter 2007, played that heavily. Still got a few tracks off that in rotation to this day too.

iono wtf happened to bill collector, nario , and those others, but pill and Jones moved on way before rtj. i read an interview where killer Mike was talking about his frustrations about not being able to help them blow and how that led to him realizing he was the one wrong in the big boi beef. Jones is currently an opener for rtj on tour though.

while pill feel the fukk off sl has been building a pretty nice discography imo.
