look all due respects to Showbiz and that whole DITC clique....him , buckwild and diamond d are like GODS TO ME 
when it comes to breakbeats and production
but i don't necessarily agree with his claim...
because i recall HANK SHOCKLEE of the BOMB SQUAD chopping the fukk outta that FUNKY DRUMMER drum pattern to recreate the infamous "Security of the 1st World" anthem that was featured on IT TAKES A NATION OF MILLIOINS TO HOLD US BACK
And this was LOONG before SHOWBIZ started producing tracks in the rap game...
matter of fact Public Enemy was so proud of thier "track" that they SUED madonna for sampling thier track without giving "credit"
