Wade, who earlier told the AP he’d consider a television career “if it was right and made sense” for him, won’t be at all the games. Instead, he’ll join the pregame and halftime shows during Games 2 and 3 and, if necessary, Games 6 and 7.
The three-time NBA champion is widely thought to be nearing the end of his on-court career. Wade, who’s dealt with a bum knee this season, has been coy about his future.
