That the turnaround was cause Justise got out of the lineup cause we got better shooters in Babbitt and Ellington on the floor.

Also...What we thinking for the Offseason thread? We already talking about stuff...

"For Competitors Only. - The official bla bla bla..."
The turnaround happened primarily because we finally had enough bodies

true. teams don't respect winslow's broke ass jumpshot. spacing is everything in the NBA, when you've got room to operate/shoot good things usually happen. hopefully he'll be involved in the trade package to the knicks that lands us melo.

Wouldn't it make more sense to try to resign Waiters? Why trade one of your lone assets for a player that's on the decline? I think Melo would do well here, but the Heat will still be where they're at, which is a team that has a great supporting cast with no star.

Melo would be a beast off pick and pops and catch and shoots, but he's a mediocre finisher and can't create his shot efficiently anymore. I'm not saying Waiters will be that go to scorer, but at least has a higher upside and won't cost one of your few assets. Even if Waiters doesn't resign, you're better off using that $30-35 mil in cap space to sign a stretch forward and bench depth instead of going after Melo.

i'm :troll: about trading winslow breh

however i wouldnt be surprised if riley considers it. he's shown that he'll get rid of young pieces in a heartbeat if it means landing a past-his-prime-but-still-very-good star (odom/caron butler for shaq)

as far as waiters goes, bringing him back should be a priority. but if we can only bring back one between him and JJ, i wonder who it will be:jbhmm:

I hope Whiteside continues to expand his range and works on shooting 3's this summer. Hassan being a threat off the pick to shoot would be mean.
He is getting better with his mid range jumper, but I wouldn't want him to shoot threes. We already have many shooters for that. Whiteside need to concentrate on getting better on the low block. That's where really need him to do. To give us scoring in the paint when our shots are not falling through the net.
