Watched part of the game on leaguepass replay late last night.

Crazy how much talent we lost. Spoelstra will have to really coach this year for us to get a playoff seed. Not much debt at all. Couple of things:
  • Overall I see Winslow is improving quite a bit. I like him handling the ball a lot and he's decent at it but you can see he's not yet comfortable with it himself. I guess Spoelstra is using him in the position-less basketball scheme
  • TJ still looks good but im still not sure if he's a 1 or a 2 in terms of the backcourt.
  • Whiteside is probably our best player right now but he's not your ideal number one option on offense. We'll need Riley to reel in a star for us at some point.
  • Dragic's overall game is still weird to me but still effective, tho. I'd still prefer we find a true PG but he'll do.
  • Who's the Babbitt cat?

The only fanbases that make any noise in the Heat arena is Boston and those sorry ass Knicks, LA when Kobe was playing. The stadium never gets "taken over" like the 49ers has twice by the same damn team
Been meaning to post the question in here...wonder how the home crowd will sway now that we no longer have wade/bosh/bron type superstars on the squad. Esp when the knicks come to town, tons of ex-NYers in SoFlo
all those hoe ass transplants that are still knicks fans :scust:

at least the one constant we can count on is the bum ass knicks being complete bums :mjlol:
even with their revamped (bum ass) squad :mjlol:

Lived in Cali as a youngin but it's so stupid to think that you have to be from a place to be a fan. The players aren't from the city. As long as you are not bouncing from team to team you are ok in my book.

I actually started being a Niners fan when the dolphins were good. I'm still a fan so no bandwagon here.

Frank Gore was a Niner fan as a kid and he is from Da Grove:francis:

YEah but that goes to my saying that everyoe jumps on a bandwagon at some point and either leaves it when things go back or stay on. I'm going to guess you didnt become a Niners fan when they were 2-12. You got on when they were hot and stayed on, right? Same thing for Every fanbase. You either
  1. Become a fan because you are from there
  2. Because a parent/close person was a fan
  3. Was a fan of a specific player and remained after said player left
  4. Jumped on a bandwagon while they were good and stayed with them when they dropped off

Absolutely Noone that doesnt fit the first 3 options above was just "becoming " a Lakers fan when their best players were Nick Van Excel and Elden Campbell. NONE. You either jumped on during the Magic/Kareem years or the Shaq and Kobe years. Why should that be any different for HEat fans? Sure Lebron brought us some more fans and some of them will leave with Lebron and some will stay. What's the problem here, doggy? Why do Heat fans always being singled out?
