The simple answer to fix the team is blow this shyt up and have a legit rebuild. That's been the answer since 2014 when Bron left. Unfortunately this organization still thinks they can contend, this line of thinking will mean 2-3 additional treadmill seasons, before we're flat out awful. If I'm wrong and the Heat somehow make the Finals anytime soon, I'll be the first to admit it, but this team's outlook is very meek.
