I figured based on the whistle. And thats just the beginning. The fact that he decided to record and upload footage of kids at his job alone is a big no-no, then you add in the fact that it was a kid doing some inappropriate/sexual behavior and the fact that he most likely coaxed her to do it That girl's parents can ruin his life if they want.
