A man who was attacked at Levi's Stadium on Sunday had to have part of his skull removed and is currently suffering some paralysis, Santa Clara County prosecutor Deborah Hernandez said on Wednesday.
The 32-year-old man was viciously attacked in a stadium bathroom just minutes before the 49ers and Chiefs were set to kick off.
The man's cousin told police that the victim nudged another man to get that man to go to an open stall. The suspect responded by saying he 'doesn't like to get pushed' and followed that up by punching the victim three times, including a punch that knocked the victim out cold.
A witness posted a video of the fight to YouTube, where you can see the two suspects -- brothers Dario and Amador Rebollero -- throw several punches. Both brothers were in court on Wednesday, where bail was set at $350,000 for Amador and $75,000 for Dario.
Hernandez, the aforementioned prosecutor in the case, described an ugly scene in the bathroom.
"These victims were beaten like animals. One of the victims has suffered severe injuries. He has some bleeding to the brain," Hernandez said, via CBS San Francisco. "He has had to have partial skull removal to relieve some of that pressure. He is currently suffering some paralysis."
Both brothers have been charged with felony assault. The 32-year-old victim is hospitalized in critical condition.
The 49ers released a statement about the incident on Monday.
"We would like to send our deepest concern and well wishes to the victims of [Sunday's] incident," the team said. "We were appalled to see the video of the attack on the victims and salute the Santa Clara Police Department on their quick response that resulted in the apprehension of the two suspects. Maintaining the safety of all stadium guests is our highest priority and we are dedicated to providing a friendly and welcoming environment for all events held at Levi's Stadium."
Both brothers are due back in court on Oct. 30 for plea entries.

Them nikkaz deserved to get knocked out. They should have said "Excuse me homey, are you in line?" or some sh*t like that. I forgot what poster said it, but the saying is "If yo momma don't teach you the streets will". I had nikkaz said they were gon' murk me to my face then ran to the cops when I pressed them.
