You based your logic, or lack there of, on Dallas having a small black fanbase (which is a joke because it's patently untrue) because of the city of Dallas white population. Not realizing that Dallas white population is actually smaller than Philadephia's by percentage and by raw numbers.

Washington DC black population 310,000
Dallas black population 300,000

BTW, both cities black populations are growing faster than Philly's.
