Why cant people keep it professional at work?

Some people are scumbags.

Other people see women at work more than their own wives. Think about the long term dysfunctional behavior it develops, if you hardly ever get to see your wife?

Biggest takeaway to me is that one of the women says she never had an issue with the players. They knew how to act professionally, respected her and kept it moving. It was the (predominantly white, btw) execs and corporate types who were reckless. I've been around rappers and athletes, people who been getting p*ssy from a young age and know how to act. And I've been around corporate types who were sheltered in highschool, went wild in college, and now are wild in business and can't even talk to a hot chick without saying something inappropriate. Corporate culture is largely white male driven, and white males are the kings of "the world is yours" mentalities. They literally act like everything is theirs. I've seen dudes get fired for that shyt. And I've seen dudes keep their jobs because the corporate is run in a toxic manner that allows them to harass women.

That is partly true, but we gotta keep it a spade: Americans WORK TOO MANY HOURS PER WEEK!! If you see members of the opposite sex at work more than your own spouse, for years on end without much vacation time, your personal relations gonna implode or deteriorate. Human beings seek and crave desired companionship from people that mutually feel the same way. Repressing those feelings/urges for long will make organizations do all kinds of creep shyt.

We aren't machines that should work, work, WORK. Some people forget that, and only realize that when other people's lives are ruined. Such a sick and dysfunctional work culture we have in America.
