Welp...I, for one am not mad at this...
We saw the writing on the wall yrs ago...we saw that this could be a possibility, our money situation has sucked...Now, it happened and I'm not mad. Time to see if Jerry is as good as he THINKS he is.
Build this team Mr. Jones, because YOU were the one who blew it up. Again, this will FORCE us to go young which is NEVER a bad thing. Next coach, be it Garrett or whomever, will be thankful if we play this offseason money game and draft right (us fans will be eternally grateful!!)

This is actually a good move. You can't pay a DE on the decline at the age of 32, 16 million, 17 million, 14, million, and 14 million. Hatcher and Spencer are over 30 too. You can't keep playing these olds guys that type of money. You have to get young. Give the young guys a chnace to eat on their minimum contracts.
I honestly thought Jerry would love these guys so much that he would keep them and overpay for their service.
I'm expecting the same for J. Peppers.

I'm with you on the Rob Ryan firing, which was horrible. Rob was the scapegoat for that 8-8 year. Jerry doesn't want to admit that hiring Jason Garrett as HC was a bad idea.
Now about the Romo, I believe that Cowboys and the Bears placed themselves in the boat. Two underachieving QB's just got paid like an elite QB. Here's the deal, if either Romo or Cutler would've hit the market, they would've gotten the same deal.
