One woman, Cook and her are suing eachother over the same incident.
He has eyewitnesses and a police report alleging she broke in through the garage with a stolen keycard while he had company, maced him, pulled a gun on him and assaulted him while holding him and his visitors hostage. She alleges she came in legally and was there to retrieve her things before he assaulted her.
Classic case of he said/she said but the evidence feels like it's leaning towards Cooks version. She was trying to get a cash settlement but those negotiations fell apart recently, which led to both legal teams leaking their evidence tonight.
