This is who he is, core personality traits. Those don't get changed past a certain age. He's a narcissist, is extremely disrespectful, is not a team player, can't work with others, resents education (compared to street smarts), etc. How does he set any of that aside to create a business or run a company long term? He certainly had the money to create something. Def Jam even did some distro for his DD172 label but he fukked that up super quick. Then he went from one half assed hustle to the next. Netflix knock off, motor oil, cooking show, etc.
