I covered that in my reply. I said Jay’s response and actions weren’t justified. If you look at Jay’s partnerships after Rocafella, you get a clear picture of how he does business and who he does business with and it’s clear that Jay wanted to be more white collar than street hustler turned entrepreneur.
But the interviewer isn’t talking to Jay so none of what Jay did or how he moves can be properly addressed. It just sounds like a bunch of complaining about a man not around to respond, which is corny.
And Jay’s moves make it clear he wanted to build bridges and not burn them.
