I forgot what song he says it on, but Currensy who never negatively mentions anyone by name, even a little says:
"Tried to make some money with Dame
...oh well...learned some things"
Currensy was with Dame during the DD172 Era - which wound up with Dame burning through investor money throwing parties in TriBeca and trying to recoup it with liquor sales at the spot, it failing, getting evicted, and no one seeing a dime.

It's slept on because of how quickly it was over, but everyone forgets Dame did get a second chance with DD172 and squandered it as quickly as it started with his usual business sense and acumen. And everyone who was involved in it does not like him and will never fukk with him again. Even them white boys The Black Keys have gone on record shytting on him.If true, that's kinda fukked up.
