Damon Dash’s Son Charged After Allegedly Beating Up Girlfriend
Former Roc-A-Fella records executive Damon Dash seems to have always had a way with the ladies, but it looks like his son might need a little more guidance on how to handle his romantic relationships and control his temper.

The son of former Roc-A-Fella records music mogul, Damon “Dame” Dash, was arrested Tuesday for strangling his girlfriend in Chelsea, authorities said.
Damon Dash II, 22, was charged with misdemeanor assault and strangulation for allegedly squeezing his girlfriend’s neck as they argued on Sept. 22 in his apartment.
“They had an apparent dispute over sex,” a law enforcement source told The Post of Dash-the-younger and his girlfriend.
They briefly reconciled but then had another fight, at which point the victim called the cops, the source said.
“She was visiting him at his apartment, he got violent with her, starts to punch her, slap her and shove her onto the bed, got on top of her, he grabs her by the throat and chokes her,” the source said.
“He did get physically violent with her,” the source added. “She suffered bruises, a black eye and a cut lip.” Her neck was left with red marks, the complaint alleges.
At his arraignment on Wednesday, Dash signed an order of protection barring him from any contact with his alleged victim. He was released without bail.
Disputes involving domestic violence are never a good look to have on your record. Hopefully Dame is getting his son under control.
