The story is that Dame Grease did Goon Musik tape for himself and was going to become his own rapper (probably because Swizz Beatz had pushed him out from getting placements with DMX and others like he should have gotten), but because he started fukking with Max heavy he gave the Goon Music 1.5: The Doomship tape to Max B, and then gave the Goon Music 2.OWWW tape to French Montana.
The "Goon Muzik (We Run NY)" song was just French and Grease at first, then when Max heard it he wanted to jump on it. Dame said that's why he got the last verse, otherwise, they normally start with Max B when they did a genuine posse cut. Grease mentions it in the podcast interview in the thread here:
