one of my co workers from oakland was telling me bay area nikkas are deep out there...pretty much a lay low spot.....

A lot of LA and Bay folks moved to the Northwest. Probably for cheaper housing and safer environment for regular folks or to set up shot/lay low for street nikkas. Isaiah Thomas family is originally from Inglewood and moved to Seattle/Tacoma area for example.

That’s why Portland has Hoovers because LA dudes moved there.
