This. I’m a fan of Rock, Stone Cold and Flair but I hate Hoegan and always have. That is the most logical Mount Rushmore though.

My personal favorite one would have Hoegan replaced with Hitman.

Macho is actually very close to that (Rock/Hogan/Austin/Flair) group.. I actually think it's quite arguable. Andre the Giant is close to that tier also.

The second tier is where you find HitGOAT and if he hadn't had a bad run of luck in WCW he'd be on that top list. he's definitely one of the most respected on any level
