was the NBA equivalent of the assassination of Franz Ferdinand. Let's pretend Lillard misses that shot, and the Rockets win game 6.

-Rockets have all the momentum in game 7 at home and probably close the Blazers out.
-Rockets had been a match-up nightmare for the Spurs all year long and could have knocked the Spurs out too (not saying it's a lock, but it would've been much more likely than the Blazers who looked completely overmatched)
-OKC probably defeats Houston with home-court advantage
-OKC v. Miami part 2, LeBron and co. continue owning Durant's soul, Heat 3peat
-does LeBron still return to Cleveland at this point? :ohhh:

What if Lebron father had been in his life...would he have steered him to golf :troll:

What if James Harden had came out his freshman year would he even be on the rockets or OKC :troll:

What about if KD had gone to Texas Tech and got hurt his freshman year :troll:

What if MJ gets drafted by the blazers instead of bowie...do the Bulls still end up with 6 titles :troll:

What if Jerry West had gone to Marshall instead of WVU...would he still be the logo :troll:

What if James Naismith had studied Physical Education in Quebec instead of Montreal...does basketball even exist :troll:

damn breh, how long you been sitting on this thread?

not long, I just saw that RealGM tweet about Wes's achilles injury being the same type of deal re: free agency and it inspired me :yeshrug:

Wes Matthews' Achilles is the NBA's assassination of Archduke Ferdinand. LaMarcus to Spurs, DeAndre to Mavs w/Wes. Blazers/Clips broken up.

Dame did change history...

In round 2 Portland...and in particular Dame...got sonned so fukking bad that LMA probably decided "I'm never going to beat them so I am going to join them"

Thanks Dame...never would have found a proper big man for Duncan to pass the torch to without all those bricks you were throwing up that series while getting torched by Patty Thrills and :scheming:
