I've never been the type to cop any Rick Ross albums or even give his music a look like that except if its on the radio but damn, ive been bumping "Deeper than rap" and this dude has the EAR for beats like no other! Also has great song writing ability as well, I would think this is the type of production Biggie would have picked in modern times which goes back to my theory, had he been not killed and consistent with it, you damn right he'd still be relevant today! But yo this deeper than rap album though :dj2:

This exact thread concept comes out every now and again. When are people gonna stop sleeping on Ross? :why:

Sometimes we're just stubborn and one day we ain't got nothing to listen to so we give something a chance, my case would be Ross and i was quite amused by loving the joints more than i thought i would. Since i'm a big fan of the soulful sound, any "stuck in the 90's" head would def appreciate his albums cuz he's done more for that sound than any of these recent rappers.

I'm starting to think a lot of booth posters don't even listen to rap that much. I think a few just join in just to argue here and there :ld:

I might be wrong tho :ld:
