The truth is CNN really doesn't have to hide these sorts of lies anymore. As a society we've grown so accustom to being lied to by media and elitists that people will make up excuses for anything they do. People also don't generally bother to look into these things anyway, so the percentage of people who know the truth will always remain too low for CNN to care.
