I seriously can't wrap my mind around people equating $350,000 to being some kind of L?

It's an L because Jay, and his stans, have gone so far over the top of perpetuating the myth that Jay actually owns this team...not that he is a minority owner...that he OWNS the team...

Off the top of my head hear are lines in songs where jay and/or is associates to owning the team.

"If Jesus paying Lebron I'm paying Dwayne Wade" Jay is not in a position to pay Dwayne Wade to join the Nets

"Ex D-boy used to park my own Beamer, now look at me I can park in my own arena" Jay doesn't own the arena

"Should have had Jay drop him from the team" Jay can't drop anybody from anything Kanye

"Now when I bring the Nets, I'm the black Branch Rickey"...this is borderline blasphemous and jay should have Nas balls slapped out of his mouth for even having the audacity to say some shyt like this

So with Jay going so far out of his way to act like he owns the team, and with his jigga warriors unable to form any coherent comeback to anything someone says negative about Jay other than "he owns this he owns that he is a business man" and with his little mini me jiggas ( kanye ) referencing him to owning the team, it is pretty funny that in the grand scheme of 10 of millions of dollars...Jay owns very little...

I equate this to the time my homeboy swore up and down he was some super senior engineer at a company he worked at...then the company i worked for started doing business wit them and i come to find out this nikka is in helpdesk resetting passwords all day

And you nikkas are to enamored with money...or have never touched real money...350 grand really is not that much at all...there are some senior execs at my job that make that much, working typical 9 to 5 hours...

I kinda get what u are sayin but cmon man. How many rappers front in their rhymes and stretch the truth? I'm not even neccesarily singling out Jay, just enter MC name here _______. Do u really think that Young scooter ever had a direct connect from Columbia?
